The talented Let's Clay team will have hand thrown a selection of cups and mugs in different sizes and shapes for you to pick from. The cups are kept soft enough for you to be able to let your creativity flow however you want, by adding your own perfectly fitting handle or a dragon to keep your tea hot and maybe carve a pattern, name or sweet message into the surface of the clay. Whatever you can imagine really!
We have recently developed a rainbow of lovely colors you can use to paint you Mug, if you like!
These are a lot of options, and we advise you to plan your masterpiece in advance, to make sure you have enough time to complete it, and won't need to stress through the process. The workshop is first and foremost to enjoy and have fun!
Finally pick your favorite glaze from our glaze selection (if you haven't done any coloring yourself), and we will take care of the colorglazing and the firing of your masterpiece. Your new favorite cup or mug will be finished within 4-6 weeks.
This is not a wheel throwing or painting class class.
*The price is for these available hours only. The regular price outside of these hours is 349 DKK, and can be booked by a minimum of 10 attendees by getting in touch.
Aprons, towels and whatever you'll need to be clean(ish) and safe is included in your class price. Even though it is a very special occasion, you don't need to wear your Sunday Best and Blue Suede Shoes, but any clothes that can go in the washer is perfect. Any clay you'll get on you comes right off.
All the coffee, tea and water you could possibly drink is included in your class price.
All materials and firings are included in your course price. The price is pr cup.
As a demonstration will be carried out by your instructor, we will ask you to do what you can to be there at the reserved time so that you do not miss anything.
